Repairs and Returns Policy

Beadworks offers a repair service in which we can handle most jewelry repairs that you may need. So bring in your broken pieces and we will be happy to give you an estimate of time and cost.

Please plan to leave your jewelry with us for 2 weeks to complete your repair. Most can be finished much faster, depending on the availability of parts and time needed, often requiring you to leave the piece of jewelry for only 3-4 days.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Beadworks has a No Returns policy. We will honor an exchange within 7 days of purchase when accompanied by the original receipt.
